Foreword
This volume provides a structured overview of Sacred APPS, a technology practice based in Heze, Shandong. Within these pages you will find a description of our capabilities, our approach to systems engineering, and the principles that guide our work. We have chosen this format deliberately: not as a marketing document, but as a reference that we hope will be useful to you in evaluating a potential technology partner.
Sacred APPS operates as a brand of Juancheng Shengzheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Heze, Shandong, China.

About the Practice
Sacred APPS was established to address a persistent gap in the technology consulting market: most firms offer standardised solutions and adjust the scope to fit. We do the opposite. We invest the time necessary to understand each client's specific operational context before proposing any architecture or integration approach. This investment at the front of each engagement consistently produces better outcomes at the end.
Our engineers come from backgrounds in network infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise software development. We hold certifications across AWS, Azure, and GCP and maintain internal processes aligned with ISO 27001 standards. Every member of our team documents their work as if someone else will need to understand it years from now, because in many cases, someone will.
We serve clients across financial services, healthcare technology, logistics, and professional services. Our engagements range from targeted security assessments to multi-year infrastructure transformation programs. The common thread across every engagement is a commitment to rigour, transparency, and outcomes that can be measured.

Core Capabilities
Our practice is organised into six areas of expertise. Each one represents a discipline, not a menu item. We do not sell pre-packaged solutions. Every engagement begins with a conversation about what your organisation actually needs.
3.1 Cloud Architecture & Migration
Enterprise cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We assess workloads to determine what should move and what should stay, plan migrations in phases with canary testing and rollback procedures, implement cost governance from the first month, and design security architecture for both hybrid and cloud-native environments. Every migration plan includes a rollback path tested before deployment begins.
3.2 Network Infrastructure
High-availability network design for distributed organisations. SD-WAN, MPLS, multi-site connectivity with redundant paths and automatic failover, network segmentation for compliance, load balancing, and performance engineering. Redundancy is a standard practice in every design we produce, not an upgrade option.
3.3 Cybersecurity Programs
Zero-trust architecture, threat detection engineering with SIEM deployment and log analysis, incident response planning with documented procedures and tabletop exercises, and compliance frameworks aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and industry-specific regulatory standards. We assess your specific risk profile and implement controls that address your actual threats.
3.4 Systems Integration
Connecting enterprise applications through API gateways, event-driven architectures, message queuing, and custom integration layers. We specialise in bridging legacy systems with modern platforms, building workflows that are both automated and fully auditable, with error handling and recovery procedures built into every integration.
3.5 Data & Analytics Infrastructure
Data pipeline engineering, warehouse and lakehouse architecture, real-time stream processing, and governance frameworks for organisations managing complex, multi-source datasets across multiple environments and jurisdictions.
3.6 Managed Technology Operations
Proactive monitoring, incident management with documented escalation procedures, capacity planning, patch governance, and performance optimisation delivered as a fully managed service for organisations that need enterprise reliability without building an internal operations centre.
IV
Methodology
Every project follows the same four-phase structure. First, we conduct a thorough discovery phase that includes auditing existing systems, interviewing stakeholders, and mapping technical requirements against business objectives. Second, we develop detailed architecture blueprints that undergo internal peer review and validation against operational requirements. Third, we execute deployment in controlled stages with canary testing, automated rollback capabilities, and integration verification at every milestone. Fourth, we establish post-deployment monitoring, performance baselines, and continuous improvement cycles to ensure sustained operational excellence.
We have never missed a project deadline. This is not because we are unusually fortunate. It is because we build schedules that account for the unexpected and communicate status before problems become emergencies.
Every engagement concludes with a documentation package that includes architecture diagrams, configuration records, test results, runbooks, and handover notes. We do this because we believe that thorough documentation is not an administrative task. It is an engineering deliverable.
V
Client Notes
Sacred APPS redesigned our cloud infrastructure across three regions. The migration was executed with zero downtime, and our monthly infrastructure costs decreased by 30 percent within the first quarter. Their documentation was the best we have received from any consulting partner.
— Technology Director, financial services client
The middleware they deployed replaced a process that had been failing weekly with one that has been running flawlessly for over six months. The transition was invisible to our users, which is the highest compliment we can give a systems integration team.
— VP Engineering, logistics client
